Whether you have changed your mind or need a different size, our team is committed to getting you back on the road quickly.
Return Process
- 1.Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are in brand new, unassembled condition with all original tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
- 2.Submit a Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely package your scooter parts or apparel and attach the provided shipping label, then drop it off at any authorized postage location.
- 4.Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
